_Antibody
BP1223
- T-cell engager antibodies with dual specificity for CD39 and CD3 activate and redirect T cells toward cancer cells, enabling the effective elimination of these malignant cells.
- Indications: Hematologic malignancies including AML, MM, CML
BP1223 is a bispecific antibody that binds to both CD39, which is expressed on blood cancer cells such as AML (Acute Myeloid Leukemia) and MM(Multiple Myeloma), and CD3, which is expressed on T cells. BP1223 activates T cells by binding to both cancer cells with T cells, thereby facilitating depletion of the cancer cells by the activated T cells.
